What we collect

• Page analytics — we use Naver Analytics to see which pages are read. It does not identify individual visitors.
• KakaoTalk enquiries — details you share during consultation (name, dates, family make-up) are used only to advise you and process enrolment.
• Email enquiries — used only to reply and to process your booking.

What we don't do

• No advertising pixels or retargeting trackers at present.
• We never sell or share enquiry details for marketing. Information is passed on only as needed to process enrolment (RELA registration, homestay placement).

Deletion requests

To have your enquiry records or personal details deleted, message us on KakaoTalk or email zn.efilyduts@ofni (copy this address). We action requests promptly.
